His groundbreaking concept of Geospatial Augmented Reality, which allows for precise placement of augmented content globally without additional hardware beyond a mobile device, earned him several global patents. Hart's strategic pivot to the AEC industry showcased his ability to identify and solve critical industry pain points, which resulted in reducing change orders by over 66% and unifying expectations between builders and buyers.
